COLOUR SERVICES - All colouring services include toner, cut & blow drys
APPOINTMENTS- New customers who would like colour treatments must arrange for a patch test to be carried out at least 48 hour’s prior to the appointment.
BOOKING POLICY- Please note if you are more than 15 minuets late unfortunately this may lead to your appointment being cancelled. Please try and give me as much notice as possible if you are running behind so I can hopefully rearrange and still book you in for that day.
PAYMENTS- Card details will safely be taken at the time of booking on the booking app, card details will stored securely.
CANCELATIONS/ NO SHOWS- Unfortunately if you do not show for your appointment, the full amount will still be charged. Please cancel or rearrange your appointment within 48 hours or this may also lead to the full amount being charged.
